Course 1: Starter

Flammkuchen: Often referred to as "German pizza," this thin, crispy flatbread is topped with crème fraîche, thinly sliced onions, and smoked bacon. It's light yet full of flavor, perfect for starting the meal.

Course 2: Soup

Mushroom Soup (Champignoncremesuppe): A creamy German mushroom soup made with a blend of fresh mushrooms, onions, and garlic, pureed to a velvety consistency. Finished with a drizzle of oil and garnished with fresh herbs, this soup brings an earthy richness that pairs nicely with the main courses.

Course 3: Main Course

Option 1: Salmon with Beurre Blanc: Perfectly seared salmon fillet drizzled with a rich Beurre Blanc sauce, infused with white wine, shallots, and butter. Served on a bed of lightly sautéed spinach and accompanied by Kartoffelpuffer, crispy potato pancakes.
Option 2: Chicken Cordon Bleu: Tender chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese, breaded and fried until golden. Served with a lemon wedge on the side, accompanied by Kartoffelpuffer, crispy potato pancakes, and a fresh garden salad.

Course 4: Dessert

Kaiserschmarrn: A light, caramelized Austrian pancake, torn into bite-sized pieces and dusted with powdered sugar. Serve with a side of mixed berry compote for a sweet and satisfying finale.
